2. What Printooly is
Printooly is a platform for digital tools that help users create 3D-printable models, STL files, design files, templates, documents and related creative outputs.
3. Data we may process
Depending on how you use Printooly, we may process the following types of data:
Account data: email address, user ID, login status, authentication session data and related account information.
Credit and payment data: credit balance, credit transactions, selected credit bundles, payment status and payment metadata. Printooly does not store full card details.
Tool and project data: prompts, selected options, uploaded files, generated images, generated 3D models, generated STL files, generated documents, saved project settings and file metadata.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, request time, visited pages, error logs, security logs and similar technical information.
Communication data: information you send to us by email, contact forms or support messages.
4. Account and authentication
Printooly processes account data to manage login, signup, email confirmation, password reset, authentication sessions and account security.
When you create an account, we process your email address and account ID so that you can log in, use credits, access saved projects and use account-based features.
5. Credits and payments
Printooly may use a credit system for downloads, exports, image generation, model generation or other module actions.
If you buy credits, Printooly does not store full card details. We may store payment-related metadata such as payment status, payment ID, selected bundle, credited amount, currency and transaction time so that credits can be assigned to your account.
6. Generated content, uploads and files
Some tools may allow you to enter prompts, upload images or files, and generate downloadable outputs such as STL, GLB, ZIP, DXF, PDF or image files.
The content you provide may be processed to generate the requested output for the selected Printooly module.
Do not upload confidential, illegal, sensitive, medical, personal or third-party protected content unless the specific tool is explicitly intended and secured for that use.
7. Saved projects and history
Printooly may store saved project settings, generation history, generated file references or download history so that you can reopen projects, avoid paying twice for already owned outputs, or continue working later.
For example, some tools may store technical signatures for generated items to recognize whether the same user has already downloaded the exact same file or reusable output before.
8. Hosting and infrastructure
Printooly may use cloud infrastructure to operate the website and modules. Technical data such as server logs, request data, error logs and operational data may be processed as needed to provide and secure the service.
9. Cookies and local storage
Printooly may use cookies, local storage or similar browser technologies for essential functions such as login sessions, authentication, language settings, interface preferences, security and remembering user choices.
If optional analytics, advertising or tracking tools are added later, this privacy policy and the cookie handling will be updated where required.
10. Legal bases for processing
We process personal data only when there is a legal basis. Depending on the situation, the legal basis may be the performance of a contract, pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests or your consent.
Examples of legitimate interests include operating and securing the website, preventing abuse, debugging errors, improving services, storing credit and usage records, and providing user-requested functionality.
11. Data sharing and processors
Personal data is handled only as needed to operate Printooly, provide account features, manage credits, generate requested outputs, maintain security and respond to support requests.
Personal data is handled only as needed for the relevant service purpose and according to applicable data protection requirements.
12. International data transfers
Some processing may take place outside Austria or outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used according to applicable data protection law.
13. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, for example to provide your account, operate credits, deliver generated files, maintain transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or provide support.
Account data, credit records and transaction records may be kept as long as required for accounting, legal, technical or security reasons. Project and generation data may be deleted when it is no longer needed or when you request deletion, unless retention is legally required.
14. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of incorrect data, deletion of data, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing activities.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, contact us at: info@printooly.com
15. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
