2. Service description
Printooly provides digital tools for creating 3D-printable models, STL files, design files, templates, documents and related creative outputs. Some tools may use artificial intelligence, external APIs, cloud processing or automated file generation.
3. User account
Some features require a user account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all actions performed through your account.
We may suspend or delete accounts if they are used for abuse, technical attacks, illegal content, payment fraud, spam or other misuse of the service.
4. Credits
Printooly may use credits for downloads, exports, image generation, model generation, document generation or other tool actions.
Credit costs may vary depending on the selected tool, file type, generation process or export action. The required credit amount is shown before a paid action whenever possible.
Credits are digital usage units. They are not a physical product and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. The payment provider is responsible for processing payment details such as card information. Printooly stores only the information needed to assign credits, confirm payments and maintain transaction records.
6. Generated files and outputs
Generated files and outputs may include STL, GLB, ZIP, DXF, PDF, images, text, templates or other digital files depending on the tool.
You are responsible for checking all generated files before printing, manufacturing, selling or using them. Printooly does not guarantee that generated files are suitable for every 3D printer, slicer, material, machine, production method or use case.
7. No professional certification
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Printooly outputs are intended for creative, educational, visualization and prototyping use.
Generated outputs are not certified for medical, clinical, safety-critical, structural, engineering, legal or other professional use. You must not rely on generated files for such purposes without independent professional review and validation.
8. User responsibility
You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, generated outputs and how you use them. You agree not to use Printooly to create, upload, generate or distribute illegal, harmful, infringing, unsafe or abusive content.
You must make sure that your use of Printooly does not violate third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, design rights, personality rights, privacy rights or contractual obligations.
9. Uploaded content
If a tool allows uploads, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload and process the content. Do not upload confidential, sensitive, illegal or third-party protected content unless you have the right to do so and the selected tool is suitable for that use.
10. Intellectual property
Printooly, its branding, website design, software, interfaces and platform structure remain the property of their respective owners.
Rights in generated outputs may depend on the selected tool, your input, third-party rights, applicable law and the terms of connected providers. You are responsible for checking whether generated outputs can be used commercially or publicly in your specific case.
11. Availability and changes
Printooly may change, pause, limit or discontinue tools, features, pricing, credit costs or availability. We try to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
12. External services
Printooly may use external services for hosting, authentication, payments, AI generation, file processing, email delivery or storage. These services may have their own terms and technical limitations.
13. Liability
Printooly is provided with reasonable care, but generated outputs may contain errors, defects or unexpected results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printooly is not liable for damages caused by unverified use of generated files, failed prints, material waste, production errors, business losses or misuse of outputs.
14. Termination
You may stop using Printooly at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access would create legal, security, technical or operational risks.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when Printooly changes, when new tools are added, when providers change or when legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
